Excessive drinking cuts life short.

Most champagnes and sparkling wines are blended from several lots of wine, some from more than one vintage. <>METHODE CHAMPENOISE: A traditional Champagne Method, with the second fermentation in the original bottle. <> NONVINTAGE: No vintage date on the label, as the blend contains some wines from previous vintages. <>PRESTIGE CUVEE: Top blend of a champagne house or a sparkling-wine maker, aged longer for high quality.<>SPUMANTE: Italian for sparkling.
