Windswept Custom Homes is owned by Steve and Liz Kovach and has been in business on Cape Cod since 1989. We are active members of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts (HBAM).
The HBRACC awarded "Builder of the Year" to Windswept Custom Homes in 1999 and again in 2007. The award is given as recognition of service to the association, the industry, and the community.
The HBAM honored Liz with a "Legend of the Industry" award, the first woman to receive this award, at the 2010 annual induction ceremony.
