Primarily responsible for claims management, contract negotiations, and international legal matters. Established Tokyo, Frankfurt, Dublin, Amsterdam, Seoul, Jakarta, and Leeds (UK) offices, negotiated A/E and Design-Build agreements in US and worldwide for in-place construction totaling over $5 billion. Worked with London and U.S. brokers and underwriters in connection with international insurance program. Oversaw and negotiated contracts, claims, and business operations involving dozens of projects worldwide. Extensive mediation experience.

Represented contractors, owners, and A/Es in negotiating and litigating claims and contracts worldwide. Numerous "first-chair" jury trials, arbitration, and mediation hearings in matters ranging from $250,000 to $100 million.
