My Background.

Over the past 29 years I have served both as an outside trial and business lawyer for many excellent companies, and as an in-house legal advisor working closely with management to achieve critical business goals in a most challenging economy. At the same time, I acted in the role of client to more than two dozen law firms around the world. With this background I feel uniquely attuned to the concerns of business people, who -- above all else -- want prompt, practical, and cost-effective advice from their lawyers. Often, when dealing with "traditional" law firms, businesses today feel they receive a service which falls far short of what they need.
