This is a place for friends, relatives and anyone else to post a comment before, during or after Tim and Jonny's Big Summer Trip 2002. Let us know: Is Tim crazy for taking on all that driving? Is Jonny crazy for taking on all that time with Tim? What happens if Jonny decides in Pennsylvania that he'd rather go to summer camp after all?
Do you have any suggestions for places to visit? Places to eat? Routes to drive? Ways to stay awake behind the wheel? Would you like us to come and stay with you? Would you rather we just do a driveby and you can wave at us as we go past? Do you want to come along on part of the trip? If you could, where would you like to ride along?

what, pray tell, is in concord that's worth stopping for? Gary's barbecue in nearby China Grove has gone from hickory to gas, so you'd want to go a little further and stop at Speedy's in Lexington, NC, if you're looking for a fix of outside meat. Lexington is, after all, the BBQ capital of the free world. The confederate prison is in Salisbury. The Railroad museum is in Spencer. That only leaves Concord attractions such as The Harley Davidson Superstore; the Concord Speedway (demolition derby, anyone?); the BassPro Shop; or Concord Mills discount shopping plaza (stock up on sox and underwear). 'fess up, Tim, which is it?
