Requisite Pro     Customized Requisite Pro for a client to drive requirements from a customer's sales staff.  This tied the sales team to the software development, thus increasing the client's satisfaction 100% and reducing the development backlog. SoDA     Created customized Rational RequisitePro/SoDA templates for various RUP (Rational Unified Process) artifacts which detailed customer requests.  This enabled diverse functional units (Sales, Project Management, Operations, Development) to work from a common set of artifacts, which assured the team's productivity. ClearQuest     Integrated ClearCase with ClearQuest to create a custom defect tracking system for an integrator.  This allowed the integrator to track the cost of defects and therefore recover 100% of development costs from their client. Rational Rose  Set up a development environment for a team of 10 developers.  This allowed the team to create software with a minimum amount of rework.  The size of the team was reduced and the team's productivity level increased. Customized Rose scripting language to enforce the programming standards of a client.  This enabled a team of junior developers to produce code that exceeded the client's expectations. Rational Test and SoDA    Use Rational Test to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.  These were derived from Use Case documents.  This increased the documentation for the project without adding dedicated documentation resources.  Subsequently, only one documentation resource was needed to support a team of developers.
