The house shown is the model. The house is being built as we speak. We're using a builder who has built similar houses in the area and promised we will be ready to go by May. I will try to update these photos regularly.
The outside of the house is now complete. As of today, the house is completely stained a natural cedar color (it is cedar). The inside walls of the house are finished and by 4/5 the hardwood floors will be installed. The pool is in place and during the week of 4/19 the deck will be completed. The deck will be approximately 2000 sq. ft.! The base of the tennis court is laid and will be surfaced shortly.
