All Cruise Lines and Hotel Packages accept most major credit cards and all tickets are sent Certified Priority mail. Automatic monthly payments on your credit card if you prefer. If you place your deposit on a credit card,your final payment will be automatically billed to your credit card when due. Credit card numbers are NOT kept on our computers. They are placed on paper documents and locked in our safe while being used. After use the paper documents are shredded and destroyed for your protection. We are an affiliated member of The Cruise Lines International Association,CLIA. www.cruising.org Most internet travel sites charge booking fees. The Cruise Master charges NO BOOKING FEES. CANCELLATION POLICY-All cruise lines have cancellation policies. Your billing statement will have these policies listed. Be aware of the charges by the airline, cruise line,hotel operator for canceling your reservations. If you would like to know what they are before you make your reservation,ask your agent! These policies are listed in the brochure,usually in the back. They are also subject to change by the airline, cruise line or hotel. For your PROTECTION - Please take the additional cancellation insurance. You won't be sorry,if you need to cancel close to departure date. PRICE FIXING and UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES! The Cruise Master Agency does NOT set the prices that you are given in your price quote. The prices are set by the Airlines,Cruise lines and Hotels. We feel that all rates should be the same throughout the year and not up and down like a yo yo. In the FALL prices are at there lowest,due to "Hurricane Season". Winter & Summer is considered peak season. In the Springtime rates are moderate. When you see a good deal BUY IT! Don't wait until its to late. But make sure you are buying from a reputable travel agency. Check with the www.bbb.com (Better Business Bureau). Also plan ahead,don't wait until last minute as airfares become very high and unavailable in less than 30 days advance notice. Its a good idea to plan your vacation at least 60 days in advance. Although full payment is required at 90 days prior to departure by all cruiselines and hotels. Airlines lines require full payment in advance and all airline tickets are non-refundable today. Booking further in advance will require only a deposit for cruise only and Hotel only bookings. Full payment will be made at 90 days prior to departure. |
