My Letter to the Editor of SPARK was published in the #23 November 2005 issue.
I read the article, Reactors are Back, in the #22, SPARK, October 2005. I made a comment on the per cent of nuclear energy stated in the Reactors are Back article. There was also a related article on carbon emission credits under the Kyoto Protocol. I pointed out that nuclear power (as well as wind and solar), because they have no carbon emissions, will receive no carbon credits to sell in the European Carbon Trading Scheme (ETS).
