Placing an order with sportquestdirect.com
is very easy, and safe. We guarantee your
Security and Privacy. Merely locate the item(s) you wish to purchase and follow these simple
steps:
- CLICK on the “Buy” button associated with the item.
- CLICK on “Add to Cart”.
- Review your “Order Summary”
The contents of your shopping basket will be displayed. This information reveals the quantity,
description, per unit cost, and total cost. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items from the default of one (1) to the appropriate number. Click on
the "RE-CALCULATE" button and the total cost for the items will be calculated and displayed appropriately. You may continue shopping by clicking on one of the back to store- link at the top of the page, or you may go to checkout by clicking on "CHECKOUT" at the bottom of the basket page. Each time subsequent items are selected for purchase, by clicking on the associated "BUY" button, the shopping basket page will appear to reveal the total contents and price. Items may be removed from the shopping basket by setting the quantity to zero (0) and clicking on the "RE-CALCULATE" button.
Click "CHECKOUT" to proceed with your purchase. - Choose your shipping method, by scrolling down - see details on shipping & handling below
- Enter your shipping address and correct billing address (if different).
- Please enter your method of payment, credit card number, and name on the credit card and
expiration date.
- Click on the "PROCESS ORDER" button to proceed with the checkout. A page will be displayed with details of the information specific to this order. This is the only record of your order. You must save or print this page for your records.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
If you place your order by 3:00 p.m. EST Mon - Fri, your order will be shipped out that day.
We currently do not accept orders for shipment outside the U.S. on the ONLINE STORE. When support of International orders is incorporated we will provide instructions as to how such orders can be placed. company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check, and verification of personal or company check.

Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
