For almost 30 years now, Tucson's origional Citizens for Solar, has orgainzed the Tucson Solar Potluck, traditionally held at Catalina State Park.  Each year hundreds of participants cook and eat a solar cooked meal.  Bring your solar oven and join us for a fum filled day in the sun.  If you don't have a solar oven, bring a dish to share and come to taste the solar cooked food prepaired by other solar cooks!
