Company Background

Southwest Solar is comfortably situated in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Tucson Arizona has been our home for 13 years of operation. With over 37 years experience in research and development of the evaporative cooling and passive heating & cooling, Bill Cunningham, Southwest Solar's Head Engineer and original owner and founder, finished his engineering degree from the University of Arizona, and has called Tucson his home ever since. Located on the same piece of land he first settled into when he moved here in his 20's, Southwest Solar is still operated in the same place it began. Here, the company and Cunningham Family were raised in a sustainable and nurturing environment, further demonstrating the morale and integrity behind Southwest Solar and it's products.
