Fees & Payment Policy

Security Education Systems maintains a formal credit and payment policy to accompany our existing consulting and training fee schedule. We have established this policy to standardize our accounting procedures -- and to insure timely payment for services performed. BankersOnline.com is responsible for the production, sales and distribution of all products -- and Security Education Systems is responsible for the development and delivery of all consulting and training services.

l         Our fees for off-site (remote) professional consulting and research services generally are billed at $150.00 per service hour with no minimum fee -- in addition to the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services.

l         Our fees for off-site (remote) case management/expert witness services that necessitate the declaration of an expert witness generally are billed at $150.00 per service hour with a non-refundable $2,500.00 minimum fee (retainer) -- in addition to 1% of any attorney fees awarded and the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services.

l         Our fees for on-site professional consulting and expert witness services generally are billed at $1,750.00 per service (not travel) day or $250.00 per service hour with a $2,500.00 minimum fee (retainer) -- in addition to an amount equal to 1% of any attorney fees or punitive damages awarded (whichever is higher), and the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services.

l         Our fees for on-site professional consulting and security reviews generally are billed at $1,500.00 per service (not travel) day or $200.00 per service hour with a $1,500.00 minimum fee -- in addition to the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services.

l         Our fees for on-site professional training services generally are billed at $2,500.00 per service (not travel) day with a $2,500.00 minimum fee -- in addition to the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. Comprehensive, customized workbook text is included at this price. We also offer flat-rate and revenue-sharing agreements for some training services.

l         Our fees for off-site telephone seminars generally are billed at $1,000.00 per service hour with a $1,000.00 minimum fee. Comprehensive, customized workbook text is included at this price. We also offer flat-rate and revenue-sharing agreements for some telephone training services.

l         Our fees for off-site Internet webinars generally are billed at $1,250.00 per service hour with a $1,250.00 minimum fee. Comprehensive, customized workbook text and PowerPoint slides are included in this cost. We also offer flat-rate and revenue-sharing agreements for some Internet training services.

General Credit & Payment Terms

l         All statements for services are due and payable upon delivery unless otherwise stated below; and

l         You must add a 10% service fee to all statements (total services and expenses) if you pay a statement after thirty (30) days from the date of billing.

Specific Credit & Payment Terms

Training Services: Terms for training services generally must be addressed either by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement. We may require payment for short-term training services prior to or immediately following the completion of the training event. We may also require:

l         Pre-payment of significant travel expenses (e.g., airline and lodging accommodations); and

l         Advance and progress payments for long-term training services and the prompt payment for negotiated royalties and documented expenses.

If you cancel a training event within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the original fee. You may re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.

If you cancel a training event within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original fee. You may re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.

Consulting Services: Terms for consulting services generally must be addressed either by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement. You may re-schedule the completion of the project within ninety (90) days -- subject to our availability -- and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the completion of the project within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.
