Consulting Services
What Types Of Consulting Services Does Security Education Systems Provide?
Our consulting and training work constantly provides us with opportunities to discover new and better ways to get the job done -- while developing strategic and tactical solutions to problems that we are able to share with other clients. While our primary focus has been working with financial institutions -- banks, credit unions and thrifts -- we have also applied our consulting strategies to related types of businesses in both the retail and service environments.
Security Education Systems provides fee-based on-site or remote consulting and project management services. Except for case management/expert witness projects, you pay no consultant retainer. You pay only for actual, billable time and expenses on a project-by-project basis. Using our own manuals and consulting tools -- or products created by other service providers -- we have helped many companies develop, implement or complete:
l Board of directors' presentations and the annual Security Report
l Investigations of policy and procedure violations -- and crimes
l Disaster recovery and business resumption plans
l Security risk assessments
l Executive retreats
l Internet research
l Community seminars
l Legal prosecution and defense strategy and tactics
l Operations policies and procedures
l Security and risk management conferences
l Security policies and procedures
l Security and operations schools
l Training programs
Security Education Systems' consulting services generally involve:
l The coordination of tasks
l Developing the strategy and tactics necessary to accomplish the project
l Creating the initial and final drafts of written plans
We work with personnel and other consulting professionals that you choose -- and according to your time considerations. We also maintain a list of qualified professionals who may help you to complete specialized projects.
How Does Security Education Systems Charge For Services?
You may limit or expand our level of involvement according to your needs and budget -- and we encourage you to take advantage of your existing company resources whenever possible. If you request one, we will forward a draft project agreement for your review.
Security Education Systems maintains a formal credit and payment policy to accompany our existing consulting and training fee schedule. We have established this policy to standardize our accounting procedures -- and to insure timely payment for services performed. Depending upon the project, we will bill you at our current hourly, half-day, full-day or special flat fee rates.
Terms for consulting services generally must be addressed either by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement. Please visit the Fees & Payment Policy page on our website for more information.
What Do I Do Next?
Security Education Systems invites you to compare our training and consulting services to those offered by other companies. We welcome requests for proposals and encourage you to examine all the available options that may be appropriate for your company. Our clients throughout the world have done just that.
Review the consulting project descriptions. Call our references and ask questions. Let us lead you through a simple assessment to determine your actual needs. Use the answers to make intelligent and informed decisions about our consulting services. It's important to us that our clients are satisfied with every product that we create and with every service that we perform. The first step in that process is to honestly evaluate your options. If you determine that our consulting services are not appropriate for you, we will attempt to refer you to other qualified professionals.
