APPLICATION SERVICE PROVIDERS: Application access via the Web, on subscription basis

The primary Mission of our IT/Consulting & Business Services is to provide the level of Client Support that will ensure a realization of a Return on Investment(ROI) to the Company. Also, to make a commitment to our client that we will provide for all deliverables that we mutually agree to at the beginning of each engagement and to schedule progress meetings as critical milestones in which all parties will be made current of all work completed, in-progress and planned steps for the next phase of the project per plan.


Consulting Services - hourly fees

Professional Fees for Services:

Fees for Services Provided: [Project basis or Hourly Fees] Hourly Fees are negotiable based on the length of the work to be performed. It is our policy that we sign a standard independent consulting agreement which will clearly state the details of what deliverables are required by the Client, costs, and estimated time for completion. To begin as part of our assignment, we will perform a preliminary analysis to determine the Scope of the work to be completed, what manpower resources are needed, and provide an estimated period of time in which this project will be completed. After we present this information and it is jointly agreed to proceed, we will require a 15% Start-up fee to schedule the Project. For International engagement, this Start-up is manditory.
