October 01, 2008 - Bailout our Taxpayer's - It's time for the U.S. Congress to vote for all of us taxpayer's, to help every hardworking citizen who is struggling with Mortgage Payments, putting food on the table, bills to put us first before any consideration in our money being invested in Wall Street, Financial Institutions, selfish CEO's that give no thought about anyone except themselves.....(that's my opionion..give me yours)!!!
June 01, 2008 - Our quality, innovation & commitment - We solve your eBusiness Problems, provide alternatives/options you decide. NO Selling . A "Better Way" is to have everyone participate..share ideas/input...even if you decide to design/develop the system yourself rather than use a Vendor Solution. Take a good look at both approaches before you decide on your direction.
Critical Decison Making: As we/you define your business needs...this is the most important phase/part of your planning...perform a Cost-Benefits Analysis and both tangible/intangible benefits first...is the Business Client/End-User really commited to this effort...not just Senior Corporate Management.
Factors: Time of development/ costs/ when do we need this...can we wait...or does the Vendor Package provide 90 %...and customization of that software to our specific needs make sense to us. Also, do you really need new software, or can you do better by improving your business processes...workflows and gain the functionality, productivity without going through this and find a better use for these resources.
Vendor Software: Before you decide on a Software package, take the time to visit a local Customer using the Vendor software...take your Project team with you to analyze the operations, IT, support provided, define the benefits with their User Community....all necessary to be able to make any decision. Also provide training on the Vendor software to find out the functionality, tools..business processes...the ease of use. .how they work...is that what you really need in your operations...how will the Vendor support your customized version of their software.

December 1, 2001 - we have expanded our eBusiness Services to include Property Management for residential, commercial & industrial property to assist Property Owners and other Property Management Firms who need to improve upon taking charge of the entire renting process and achieve a better return on their investments for themselves and their stake holders.
Beginning in 2005, we will be offering our Client's with various Vendor Options to solve their Loan Origination Systems business needs by customizing typically vanilla offering by their leading Software Vendors to meet their specific business requirements rather than accept what's available.. We have found that each Mortgage Banking, Finance Co., or Bank knows better what they want to be more productive and create a competitive advantage. We will listen first, then work closely with you to ensure we earn your trust and meet your expectations.
We can provide our Client's and Partners with the most innovative approaches and proven methodologies to properly manage Large-scale Information Systems Development Projects for new Products and Services. This includes IT/Consulting, Management Advisory Services for the Financial Services Industry, US Government(FDIC)Banking Agencies, Startup IPO's for Web/Internet eBusiness/eCommerce Product Development, Manufacturing(ERP)JDEdwards/Lawson and Alarm/Security Firms across the United States and Canada. During the last year, we have analyzed the Internet Banking services, functionality and tools provided by major Bank's across the USA from Los Angeles, California to New York City, NY. and found that true Internet transaction processing is evolving but lacks the transaction functionality needed to truly benefit the eBusiness Community. Successful integration of client's software has shown us that we must jointly design, develop and define both the Functional Requirements and Systems Definition to vastly improve Internet transaction processing for your eBusiness.
