We litigate cases arising from disputes over Internet-based business models. Reported decisions in Internet-based cases, in which Mr. Ring was lead counsel, include:

Beyond Systems, Inc. v. Keynetics, Inc., 2006 WL 687156, D.Md., Feb 14, 2006 (60 page opinion, Messitte, J.). Clarifies Maryland's anti-spam statute and standards for personal jurisdiction via the Internet.

Ponte v. Investors' Alert, 374 Md. 358, 822 A.2d 1224 (2003). The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act is enforceable in state courts.

PALCUS v. Investors' Alert, Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia, September, 2008, Case No. 04-CV-1187, 2008 DC App 215. This successful appeal followed the Ponte ruling.
