Frankly it would be hard to replicate what we have to have offer you.  Here are some of the facts.

Archeological land site

 318 acres adjoining indian reservations on 3 sides

the fourth side borders the Bureau of Land Management.

 Approximately 1 mile Highway frontage.

All of the original buildings which are on the property are  in practically the same condition.  Including a small home, which is uninhabitated at this time
