Again we are proud to introduce another Master Quilter Yukie Orikasa. She started quilting with Poakalani several years ago, and by watching her we found out that she had a natural talent for quilting. Her soft and quiet personality made her popular among many of the quilters and because of her enthusiasm to quilt and to share her knowledge of quilting with others Yukie Orikasa was the first student of Poakalani to be certified as a quilting instructor. Her fine detailed stitches as well as her knowledge of designing Hawaiian quilts makes her not only a master quilter but a master Hawaiian quilting instructor. You will not be disappointed if you ever decide to take quilting instructions from Yukie, she is one of the "Best" in her field. In fact her quilts are now winning awards in international quilt shows. Congratulations Yukie
