The Hummingbird was established over 24 years ago by the vivacious Joan Alexander Stowe, better known as Joyce, a native of Soufriere. Due to the fact that Joyce resides on the property her presence contributes to the ambience of the resort, Joyce enjoys pampering her guests to make their stay at the Hummingbird a memorable one. The Hummingbird Beach Resort is a beautiful and charming garden by the Caribbean Sea. The resort itself is the site of an old colonial-style mansion with views that take your breath away.
