HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT

Piedra Capital, Ltd. is an investment advisory firm, however; we do not provide custodial services for our clients.  To open an account with Piedra Capital, Ltd. you must first open an account with a brokerage firm, bank, or other custodian.  If you do not have a brokerage firm, bank account or other custodian, we will be happy to provide a list of different options available to you.

You may open the account with any combination of cash and/or marketable securities.  You may also ask us to manage an existing account.

Our Piedra Capital, Ltd. new account documents are available for viewing and printing as interactive PDF (Portable Document Format) files.  To view the PDF files on this site, download a free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site.

Upon receiving your completed documents, we will:


     *Review the information provided.  (We may contact you or your broker or financial professional, if any, for clarification or additional information, if necessary.)

     *Execute the Agreement and return a copy to you for your records.

     *Begin to invest or re-invest the account as you have directed.
