Forefoot to rearfoot relationship on Positive Representation
of the Foot: When a positive representation of the foot
is placed on a transverse plane, the line that bisects the posterior heel
(the laboratory equivalent of the Calcaneal Bisector) will be inverted,
everted, or perpendicular to the floor. The position of the heel
bisector in relation to the floor is determined by the frontal plane relationship
of the forefoot.
