When in the event this type of social ill is perpatrated on a politician. His family members love ones or a celebrity with high visibility. Politicians become outraged up in arms, and bad laws get changed by new overnight legislation bills off the hill. The legislative process works for them because we, the people gave them the power. And they abuse it very well in their self serving interest. We must move by the masses on the capitol for political transformation on our own behalf. Where politicians fail us, and squander public trust, using the legislative process to pass unconscionable legislation. Thats not condusive to the quality of the peoples lives. By punitive laws thats destory the people!
Lawmakers take our cars our lifes second largest purchase. For not paying a few tickets ludicrous.

In this unprecedented act of political larceny, the legislative process succumbs to tyranny. Again politicians have overstepped their bounds enforcing a law thats clearly a candidate for Judical Review. Feb. 1941] Bodinson Mfg. Co. v. California E. Com. 321. [3] Adminstrative Law-Judical Review-Decisions Interpreting Stature by an administrative agency will be accorded great respect by the court and will be followed if not clearly erroneous, it will be overthrown by the court, if erroneous when such a question of law is properly presented. Clearly in the interest of the peoples justice AB#3148, is erroneous and must be eradicated from the human experience, and off the backs of the people.
In the interest of the peoples justice STOP.O.P.G., declares war on our target the political makeup of the California State Department Of Justice the embodiment of injustice. Acting as enemies of the people, politicians by punitive laws, devout bad public policy makers. Predatory politicians by graveyard government, take all and don't never give nothing back. As taxpayers succumb injustice resides where redlining and zip code based insurance exist. In the dynamics of this political hypocrisy lies the peoples defeat. If a person drunk take the car and deposit them in the nearest jail. If the person on his way to work trying to feed five kids driving with no license registration or car insurance let the person go for the person didn't commit a crime against the state. The person is guilty of a non criminal offence a Minor Traffic Infraction. Every californian must have valid drivers license e.g., legal implications. However drivers license don't make good safe drivers the people do. And
it gives lawmakers no vaild reason to confiscate our cars. Some peoples license were suspended for not paying a traffic ticket, We, the people reduced to criminal by lawmakers because of our Inability To Pay exccessive court fines and fees with penatly accessements of 170%, everybody that drive a car don't have a job. However we are not as privilaged as our overpaid lawmakers.
Hence to insure the equity of equal justice under the law, and our public safety we must become politically active. By not allowing stopping legislators from legislating financial responsibility to the unemployed single parents senior citizens people existing on a fixed income that are good safe drivers that never have accidents. We, the people are the government lets make government work for us as it should, by using the power of our votes. In this state wide issue STOP.O.P.G., appeals to the public at large for 800,000, votes by March, to qualify the peoples Proposed Initiative Measure # 804, in the general election of 2000, for the peoples adoption or rejection. Transformation is our resolve to impact big overpaid government for social change by our mandate for political refrom. Lets commit the masses and make giants out of the peoplesvoice. In the face of justice is not defined by law, justice is definded by the people in control. Empower the people embrace this worthy, just, and noble struggle.

PUNITIVE LAWS KILL'S FOR WHAT WE DIDN'T PAY

The severerity of the punishment outweighs the degree of the infraction. Laws passed that mandate our repeal. Just because the police take our cars by law, that don't make the taking right. that makes the taking injustice, Legal Carjacking. No one has the right to take any thing from any body. The legislative procees becomes effectively impotent. Take our cars for not paying a parking ticket. Or put a boot on our cars because of our INABILITY TO PAY five or more parking tickets. Reduce us to criminals for being unemployed with no car insurance, lock us up in jail for non criminal offences with hard core criminals for minor traffic infractions. Impound our cars for 30 days with no real redress, leave our women and children stranded on the street, our families public safety compromised with reckless abandon, then take us to jail strip us of our dignity, and literally get us killed. Headline: Los Angeles Times, METRO, B section, Tuesday March 9, 1999., Man Killed After Police Impound Car. [STABBING] Andres Munoz Castillo, 31, stabbed to death, in whats tantamount to his INABILITY TO PAY, a Minor Traffic Infraction. We, the people must remove ourselves from this street carnage, it is our duty.
The Unlicensed Driver pales by comparrison to the carnage of the Police High Speed Chase. Now through subliminal suggestion to render their street carnage socially exceptable. On late night t.v., police sell this catastrophic behavior as the Worlds Greatest Police Chases, and taxpayer are paying for police defense when police come up on murder charges while destorying public property, literally getting away with murder, public service nightmares. Chasing a kid on a sunday joyride in the stolen family sedan, kid see the flashing lights its on thats whats suppose to happen, thats the way they do it on t.v. The kids motivating factor is fear, so he kills some innocent persons or family trying to get away. With police in hot pursuit the police motivating factor a good collar. Can't no car out run no police radio or helicopter cease and desist by this approach. Get on the police bullhorn and, "hey kid we know you took the car out of your driveway, head home we gone follow you, take it easy we are not going to harm you." In the absence of this approach no stolen car is worth a life.

Politiicians are using the people cars, as a source of state revenue, we got to work like money all the time by getting the votes out!, and the fund raisers up!
MONEY RUNS RULES POLITICS, in political circles thats whats known as the legislative process of eliminating the poor's partisipation, anytime one politiician spend $20,000,000.00 on one campaign he buying something or been bought, and taxpayers paying footing the bills.
