The petition then moved to the Attorney Generals Office, for Title And Summary #SA 97 RF 0077. Then moved to the Secretary of States Office, where the Title And Summary, became Proposed Initiative Measure #804. To be SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO VOTER, for adoption or rejection.
However #804 suffered a paper defeat through False Misleading Title And Summary, at the ironclad hands of former Attorney General Dan Lungren, and his cohort in concert Chief Elections Officer Bill Jones, In contempt the stoneface framer's on MOUNT RUSHMORE, protest by wearing blind folds. Accordingly the peoples only option is to requalify the measure for the year 2000, to qualify we, the people must have 800,000 signatures. We must all unite in one voice for social change, it is our duty in the face of political misconduct by abuse of power and authority by a few political confederates. The marauding California State Bears has dropped their grabbing claws literallly ripping the people from the sits of our cars.
