In my opinion it is unconscionable for any supposed civilized government California's, State Legislators. To reduce its senior citizen to that low level of treatment for minor traffic infractions. This outrage is the personification of unciviled governments social injustice. Tragedy wears frightening lawmakers, police faces in our comunity. With one voice the peoplesvoice we can stop this abomination right now, put government in the peoples hands because politicians hands have been corrupted by lobbyist money, the consequences of politicians exceptable social trauma

This is only one of the street tragedies I witness with my own eyes. The police left this old cripple lady of all things in a wheelchair stranded under a freeway overpass. In the cold winter shocking police appeared to be laughing, down in South Central Los Angeles. An unexceptable outrage where the peoples dignity succumbs to police apathy. Politicians uneffected by the havoc they have create this abomination continues to destory the peoples lives. Hardlines punitive laws written in marble, after diligent law research revelations on discovery my finding become obivious, in the interest of justice, heres what the people are subject to in the back rooms politics of selective justice. Here it is put on your hip boots cause the stuff is deep, blatant injustice. On page # 10 of the peoples Proposed Initiative Measure # SA 97 RF 0077. SEC. 6. Section 14607.6, of the Vehicle Code is repealed on paper only. The law STOP.O.P.G., struggles to repeal. This is is not what I say, this is how the California State Vehicle Code inpart read as follows, item (3).
A peace may exercise discretion in a situation where the DRIVER WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE is an employee driving a vehicle registered to the employer in the course of employment. A peace officer may also exercise discretion in a situation where the DRIVER WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER LICENSE is the employee of a bona fide business establishment. If stopped in this event, if the vehicle can be returned to or be retrieved by the business establishment or registered owner, the police officer may release and not impound the vehicle. This is the case so the police must not be allowed to impound the peoples cars, under the constitution we must all abide by the same laws, here politicians have placed with themselves big business above the law. With business lobbyist laws pass the floor the house and the senate. Senators I employ you wake up and hit the switch on the peoples behalf.
Ludicrous semantics a blatant double standard business protection. The peoples position on ths unlicensed driver issue. Is a unlicensed is an unlicensed driver regardless to weather or not he or she is driving the employers vehicle. Now the unlicensed driver is a good safe drive and not fatal because he or she is driving the employers vehicle. We, the people must be afforded by government the same protections as big business. We, the people can drive the employers vehicle without a valid driver license but we can't drive our own cars without a valid drivers license. This enforced injustice is an outrage, and must be recalled revoked or repealed, this erroneous law is an excellent candidate for Judical Review.
In this CLANDESTINE COUP D E TAT, we, the people demand equal justice under the law. Where the many, are abused by the few. Our target The California State Department Of Justice, Office Of legislative Counsel, Attorney General, Secretary Of State Offices, State Assembly and the Senate. A drastic radical social change must transform lawmakers, above the law status, peddling enforced injustice bad public policy. Our mission to change exsisting laws as they relate to vehicle seizure by police power. Lawmakers are reducing the people to criminals for Inability to Pay Minor traffic Infractions, running a stop sign, and don't pay police take your vehicle. If we, the people take something we go straight to jail. And so should predatory politician, when they take our cars, acting out their immunity insulated above the law status. Good people state wide I appeal to you we must stop police from taking our cars for not paying a traffic ticket.
