With our public safety abandon, the people are reduced to criminals by state laws, stripped of our dignity on the streets. Clearly California State Lawmakers are aware of the fact that Legal Carjacking, and profiteering is a high crime, and its illegal for anybody to take anythang from anybody, as the police say, "you're going to jail, and we're impounding towing your vehicle, just doing my job sir". What we, the people struggle to repeal, are the double standards of our devout big government, big business provisions, provided protections granted for greed and graft by our above the law profiteering overpaid elected officals, both hands in all four lobbyist pockets. Hence covert passage of backroom and backpocket laws, off the state assembly floor, on the backs of the people. Commonplace in this political abomination of justice, are these overt implications in the absence of the people's, equal justice under the law. California State Policy makers should have never started talking about taking my classic the `64. As a direct result my committment to political reform consumes me, to mobilize the people for political action in the court of public opinion. On state lawmakers enforced injustice where the many are abused by the few, by political power plays through police power the personification of intimidation, dignity lost.
A social abomination, thats destined for social change. By making giants of the PEOPLESVOICE, our sticking together as one voice, for the peoples mandate repeal. Lawmakers predatory punitive laws corrupt by concept, are a flagrant errosion of our civil liberties with overt overtone of civil and human rights violation. All in the name of the States general fund. Policy makers using the poorest segment of our community as a source of revenue, the people in receivership. Lets show these politicians we elected to public office that there are consequences for the publics assasination, by punitive laws political high jacking legal carjacking and TOWGATE.
Revelations on page # 1 of the peoples pending Proposed Initiative Measure # 804, # SA 97 RF 0077, reads INITIATIVE MEASURE TO BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE VOTERS. TO THE HONORABLE SECRETARY OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. SECTION 1. Section 1664 of the Vehicle Code is repealed on paper only. Through false misleading Title and Summary the peoples Proposed Initiative Measure suffered a PAPER DEFEAT, at the hands of former Attorney General Dan Lungren, and his cohort in concert Cheif Elections Officer Bill Jones, through misconduct abuse of power and discretion, a clandestine coup d e tat.
The law policy makers use to justify confiscation of our car through forfeiture. A law that clearly has nothing to do with Minor Traffic Infractions. Clearly Minor Traffic Infractions does not make the people guilty of either one of these offenses. Under a Puerto Rico statute which provides for the seizure and forfeiture to the Commonwealth of vessels 
used to transport controlled substances including marijuana. And here lawmakers reduce our car to public nuisance with this law Bennis v Michigan, holding that states forfeiture as public nuisance, of automobile used by the owner as site of assignation with prostitute. Applied to this case clearly inpart the Fifth Amendment reads as follows: nor be deprived of life, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Ironically policy makers that author these laws are never affected by the abuse of the laws they write. Hence enforced injustice where the many are abused by the few political despots.
