In the interest of justice, and on the people's behalf. I submit the law the state uses to justify confiscating the people's cars through vehicle forfeiture.

Below AB#3148, is based on this THREE JUDGE COURT ACT. Clearly we, the people are not guilty of transporting marijuana in our cars on the high sea's, clearly this law is erroneous in the true sense of the words, and must be overthrown by the Court Of Appeals.
POLITIC'S THE PEOPLE'S ALBATROSS.
Predatory politicians have reduced driving our cars to a criminal enterprize. In this Civil Rights Activist humble opinion this law has nothing to do with confiscation of our cars through vehicle forfeiture, repression loses my vote of confidence in government.
