It is beneath our government and unconscionable for policymakers, to reduce the people to common criminals with impunity, because of our Inability To Pay Minor Traffic Infractions. Carjackers take our cars with guns, Lawmakers take our cars with pens. It makes no difference LEGAL CARJACKING is still CARJACKING BY STATE LAW. It makes no difference weather we get bit by a posion apple or orange, we still die from fruit posioning. Then there comes a time when we must all strive to make a change for the greater good. Accordingly by my committment to political reform. As part of the solution two years ago I started jumping through the political hoops and loopholes of injustice. Then and there I founded STOP.O.P.G., an acronym for State. Taking. Our. Property. Our. Passangercars. Gone. A non profit grassroot bootstrap organization. Further motivated by the art of political science, in the interest of justice, and on the peoples behalf. I have move on our target the California State Department Of Justice, Senate, Assembly, Legislature, Office of legislative Counsel, Attorney General and Secretary Of State Office.
From Referendum by Petition, to pending Proposed Initiative Measure, # 804. For the REPEAL of the California State Vehicle Forfeiture Law-The safe Street Act of `94-AB#3148. As voters taxpayers, and good civic minded citizens. Its is our duty to repeal the atrocities inherent in bad public policy, punitive laws, by predatory politicians suffering from an afflictions known as the
ROBIN HOOD REVERSAL.
IT IS THE DUTY OF THE SENATORS TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE.

THE PEOPLE REPEALS SELECTIVE JUSTICE

Our mission to change exsisting punitive laws as they now relate to vehicle forfeiture. Decriminalize and place a statute of limitation of one year on all Minor Traffic Infraction, Petition Court for a Court Order to show proof of our Inability To Pay. That prohibit DMV'S, refusal to renew our license and registration for non payment of court fines. Prohibit parking enforcement putting the [Boston Boot], on our cars for not paying five or more parking tickets. Repeal the 30 day impoundment seizure and forfeiture of our cars. Reduces fines fees penalty accessements that now range from $500.00 to $2,000.00 to $100.00 to $400.00. Politicians, policymakers must not be allowed to legislate financial responsibility to the unemployed.
Hence the repeal of the financial responsibility law.

In the PRE AMBLE of the peoples Referendum By Petition, the people made our position perfectly clear on the issue of Driving Under The Influence [DUI], that we are not opponent and have no opposition to Confiscation of Vehicles through Forfeiture for criminal offenses e.g., DRUNK DRIVING, SPEEDING RECKLESS, HIT AND RUN DRIVERS. PLEASE!!! deposit DUI'S, in the nearest jail. Former Attorney General Dan Lungren, didn't understand the truth of these words. By his misconduct abuse of power and authority, through FALSE MISLEADING TITLE AND SUMMARY, by his hands, the peoples Proposed Initiative Measure #804, suffered a blatant paper defeat, a clandestine coup d e tat.
Our goal mandates the repeal of the California State Vehicle Forfeiture Law-The Safe Street Act of `94-AB#3148. The states written in concrete injustice. A catastrophic breach of the electorates public trust. One man writing his congressman, is serverely futile , for political reform we, the people must move on the State Capitol in hordes.
