State Lawmakers Punitive Laws, Mandates Repeal.
Politicians, and police like striking vipers flashing fangs hanging out. Lawmakers, are shooting holes in the public's pockets, with venomous inkpens. Filled with punitive laws out of the chambers of justifing bad public policy. Clearly the California State Vehicle Forfeiture Law, is not well thought out good common sense legislation. As we, the people look down both barrels of enforced injustice upheld under erroneous laws. By politicians in violation of the State Constitution they are infact suppose to uphold, enforce, and defend under threat of firing squad. However its evident in this social commentary lawmakers chose to sell justice. In her flowing gown that good head rag wearing, double edged sword holding, scale toting lady justice, just removed her blinddfold, dropped her sword and marked an x on injustice! And balanced the left side of her scale toward repeal, threatening nudity in protest, in lieu of government transformation.

In the face of tyranny by predatory politicians, it is STOP.O.P.G.'S, position that we provide no provision or protections for DRUNK DRIVERS, please deposit DUI'S, in the nearest jail. Where we hold that every driver on the states highways should be able, to show proof of financial responsibility upon police demand. However if we can't afford it due to unemployment, by the state of our offshore economy. That still give lawmakers no valid reason to just take our cars, whats nexts in this civil errosion issue our childerns lives. In this legislative process what the punitive system has infact just done is reduce us to criminals because of our inability to pay and thats unconstitutional. With all the vehicle forfeiture money state lawmakers have made selling our impounded cars, thats stacked swoll in the States General Funds. Set aside all that money and put the people in a State Insured Liability Policy. Its unconscionable to lock us up in jail with real harecore criminals, for being to poor to pay Minor Traffic Infractions this ruthless lawless issue is one of economics not justice. Predatory politicians devout in their consumate duty to seperate us from our megar possessions.
Please!, let me back up just a minute and say I'm not painting all police and politicians into the corner with one broad brush stroke. Clearly all police and politicians are not cut from the same cloth. We, the people believe that most Civil Servants do a fantastic job, trying to run the business of government, and go to work to feed their families to, just like we do. I'm talking about the politicians who wouldn't step to the constituent counsel and come to task on the issues and concerns of the PEOPLESVOICE. By a good sit down at truths table, discuss apples and oranges as long as it still comes out fruit, then we can indulge and devour the fruits of the political sciences. Where the duty of the Senators are to protect the rights of the people.
These politicians like former Assemblymember Richard Katz, Secretary Of State Bill Jones, former Attorney General Dan Lungren, Senator Kevin Murray, Senator Diane Watson, Representative Julian Dixon, Mayor Willie Brown, City Counselman Mark Ridley Thomas, and County Supervisor Yvonne Brathwaite Burke. Most of these politicians represent my district, however the politics of their self serving interest prevented them from embracing the concerns and issues of the PEOPLESVOICE, their silence is an unexceptable commentary. In our desperate state of affairs we, the people must make ourselves heard write, call, fax, e-mail, or carrier pigeon politicians, any way to get our message out flood their offices let them know we exsist, and remind them that they are CIVIL SERVANTS. Who we elected to public office to work on the peoples behalf. And bear in mind VOTING IS PEOPLE POWER, there are the NEXT GENERAL ELECTIONS.

Celes King III., of KING BAIL BOND AGENCY,extented his office to the peoples struggle, and published our struggle in the issue of Core Times, Troubled World, Winter / Spring `99. Mr. King, you have STOP.O.P.G.'S., deepest respect and our genuine gratitude. Then there is one generous politician I genuinely applaud, and respect Assemblymember Herb J. Wesson, Jr., of the FORTY-SEVENTH DISTRICT, the only politician that was kind and courteous enough to personally respond to the concern and issues of the PEOPLESVOICE. Lets support Mr. Wesson, I believe he's working in the peoples best interest. And Mr. Prather Jackson, Publisher Fox Hills Digest, of Jackson Publishing Company. The way this brother extended himself to the peoples struggle makes him a gaint amongst men. Please! support his community efforts. God should have put more good quality people like these four gentlemen on his earth.
