This is the view to the North Northeast. Several small patches of ocean can be seen between some of these oceanfront homes.

This "Riviera Villa" was completed in the spring of 2001.

One new home to the East Southeast was under construction when this photo was taken. The greenhouse for the mansion shown in the east view can be seen in the foreground. Our private pathway to the ocean begins near the lower right corner of this photo. It then runs in three sections: through palmettoes to the south, along a dirt road to the east, and finally another pathway across the dunes.

Towards the southern tip of Anastasia Island. When the space shuttle is launched from Cape Canaveral, the flight appears to originate near the center of this picture. Fort Matanzas is above the date, across the marsh, on Rattlesnake Island. The Intracoastal Waterway is at the far right. Summer House Condominiums are at the left.

Just one structure, the house with an orange roof, is in the entire view to the west. Florida Highway A1A runs beneath the wires you see. The Intracoastal Waterway and the Florida mainland lie across the marsh. Fort Matanzas is at the left.

Across this expanse sunsets are truly magnificent. Hundreds of wading birds sometimes populate these marshes. A tiny segment of A1A can be seen at the base of our driveway.
