Availability
Many 2009 dates are still available.
Please call well ahead for various Daytona Beach Racing Weeks, the November Florida/Georgia football game, and school breaks.
Call 800-575-0083 to inquire about specific dates, or send us an e-mail (if clicking on address in upper right hand corner of any page doesn't work on your browser, copy the address to your mail utility).
Note that we have instituted a no-risk reservation system that refunds deposits if the reserved date becomes subject to a Hurricane Watch or a Hurricane Warning in St. Johns County, Florida.

Terms
Rules, Agreements, and Policies
No smoking in the house or on the decks, please. Check-in is after 3:00 PM Saturday; check-out is by eleven the following Saturday. Deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation, the entire rental fee is due when we give you the key. If you wish cleaning services during your stay we will provide contact information; the arrangements are your responsibility. Regardless, you pay the cleaning fee of $95 at the end of your stay, directly to the person providing the services. You are welcome to dial direct using our phone; any toll charges will be deducted from your deposit.
Generally, we do not allow pets. When we do, an extra deposit may be required. To discuss your particular pet(s), please telephone us directly.

Rental Rates (Winter)
October through February (except holidays)
Winter Rates (except weeks with holidays or special events weekends)
$ 1300 weekly plus $95 cleaning/linen fee. (Summer rates apply to rental agreements of ten days or less if the period includes the Florida/Georgia game weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.) We prefer to rent for Saturday-to-Saturday weeks, but sometimes make exceptions, with a daily rate of $275. Please call or email to obtain special reduced rates applicable to longer-term rentals. The winter period extends from October 2, 2009 through March 6, 2010.
We offer discounts to people who have rented from us before, or who wish to reserve for periods in excess of seven days. Call or e-mail for details.

Summer Rates
The following are rates for 2009: $1600 per week, plus $95 cleaning/linen fee. We prefer to rent for full Saturday-Saturday weeks. Shorter periods are charged at a daily rate of $325. Please call or email for special rates applicable to longer-term rentals. The 2009 summer season ends October 2.
We offer discounts to returning visitors, or those staying more than one week.
