| 1.The tour operator reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part there of
due to extremes of weather or changes to operational conditions such as
road closures, fire bans or other conditions beyond the control of the
operator.

| 2.Every effort will be made to keep to the published departure times and
connections, but no guarantee can be made and no compensation shall be
made for failure to meet those times.

| 3.The tour operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles or drivers or stops as
circumstances dictate.

| 4.All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars and are valid until 31 May
2000.

| 5.The Tour Operator does not accept any liability for the acts, omissions,
default or negligence of parks, scenic rides or or any other service
provided used in connection with these tours.
|
| 6.These tours operate in some environmental and culturally sensitive areas. Any
person found willfully damaging the environment or
causing discomfort to others will be requested to leave the tour at the
nearest public transport depot. Any costs incurred will be at that persons
own expense.

| 7.A deposit of 20% per person is required to confirm any
bookings.
|
| 8.Final payment for all tours over $500.00 are to be made at least 15 days prior to tour commencement otherwise position and deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of the booking between 30 and 15 days prior to tour commencement will result in a lose of 50% of the deposit and all other funds will be returned. Cancellation of the booking in less then 15 days prior to tour commencement will result in no refund of any monies paid.

| 9. Final payment for all tours under $500.00 are to be made at least 7 days prior to tour commencement otherwise position and deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of the booking between 15 and 7 days prior to tour commencement will result in a lose of 50% of the deposit and all other funds will be returned. Cancellation of the booking in less then 7 days prior to tour commencement will result in no refund of any monies paid.
