Monkstown Road Lazulite Occurance
- Monkstown Road Lazulite Occurance
In June of 2001, Once-A-Rock Inc. staked three claims on the Monkstown Road Lazulite occurance. Preliminary prospecting work in 2001 and 2002 produced some minor Lazulite associated with Specularite in a Quartz vein next to the road. More Lazulite was found in float at other locations on the property. A short drill hole on the outcrop with the Lazulite would be necessary to determine if there is economic quantities at depth.
Lazulite is a semi-precious stone similar to Lapis Lazuli.
The rights to a gold showing also on the claims was optioned out to a Vancouver Junior mining company (2002-3) but has now been returned to Once-A-Rock Inc. in good standing.

Wesleyville Beryl Occurance
- Wesleyville Beryl Occurance
In March of 2004, Once-A-Rock Inc. staked two claims on the Wesleyville Beryl Occurance. Previous prospecting work on the same claims by Once-A-Rock Inc. in 1998 and 1999 produced some small Beryl crystals in Pegmatitic Granites at a number of locations. A vein of Smokey Quartz was also found within the claims during the prospecting work
More Beryl crystals were found at other locations on the property in float. A short drill hole at the outcrops with the Beryl would be necessary to determine if there are economic quantities at depth.

- Rapids Showing Beryl Occurance
In March of 2004, Once-A-Rock Inc. staked two claims on the Rapids Showing Beryl Occurance on Newfoundlands south coast near Grandy's River.
Research conducted in 1980 by the government geological survey noted Beryls hosted in volcanics.
Work planned for the 2004 field season.

In April of 2004, Once-A-Rock Inc. staked two claims on the Chorlton's Gems Tourmaline Occurance on Newfoundlands south coast near Grandy's River.
Research conducted in 1980 by the government geological survey noted Skorl Tourmaline hosted in pegmatites.
Work planned for the 2004 field season.

- Trinity Amethyst Occurance
Prospecting during 2001 uncovered an occurance of Amethyst and Quartz crystals in the Trinity, Bonavista Bay area. Once-A-Rock Inc. placed two claims on the property and test marketed the material with favorable results. Further exploration work in 2002 exposed more Quartz and Amethyst. More work is planned for 2004.
