Our Handmade garlic and oregano pasta:
1. 2 cps. Semolina mixed with one Tbs. chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped oregano 2. Add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Mix well. Add enough water to mix into a ball. 3. Sprinkle flour on counter . Transfer dough. Knead with fingers, turning dough until smooth. Use a roller to make a thin sheet. 4. Cut your favorite shape with a knife. Drop pasta in boiling, salt-water drizzled with olive oil . Cook 3 min.
Serve topped with our SI Organic San Marzano Tomatoes.

It is produced mainly with Salonenque and Aglandau olives. This oil has lively flavor, fruity with a hint of artichoke, green grass and apple, and a great almond finish. It has a light peppery taste.
