Sarah's experience in the food industry includes cooking, catering, manufacturing, importing,
and marketing. After graduating from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, PA in 1976, Sarah
worked as head chef at Vincenzo's, a renowned Northern Italian restaurant in Philadelphia. She
went on to manage her own catering business where she planned and executed menus for
celebrities such as Norma Kamali and Leona Helmsley.
