Oceano Community Services District is a multi-service special district located on the beautiful central coast of California. OCSD serves the 7,600 residents and business people of Oceano and Halcyon with fire protection, sewer and water services, and street lighting. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
District staff are at your service twenty-four hours a day. Water and sewer emergencies are handled by friendly standby personnel. Just dial 481-6730 for assistance.
Fire and medical-related emergencies are handled by Oceano's Fire Department which is also staffed 24-hours a day -- please request assistance by dialing 9-1-1.
