Attic Bar At Midnight
A blast was had by all during the making of the Blues At Midnight Cd New Years Eve 1999! (NCP011) the lineup included: "Uncle" Jessie White, Johnny "Yardog" Jones, The Butler Twins, Willie "D" Warren, Miss Cathy Davis& Rhythm Bonz, and O'Dell "Bluesboy D".

Willie "D" Warren
Willie "D" was well known around Detroit as one of the best. He would often be seen sitting in at the Attic Bar where this photo was shot. Willie can be heard on The Blues At Midnight compilation cd (NCP011) and Volumes two & three of the Blues From The Heart compilation Cd's. (NCP019 & NCP020) He also has his own full length Cd with Jim McCarty & Mystery Train (NCP007)

Uncle Jessie White
"Uncle" Jessie Has Been Jamming The Blues In Detroit For Decades. He plays the piano and harmonica while singing. In order to accomplish this, he has a homemade harmonica-microphone holder that he wears around his neck! You Can Hear Jessie on The Blues At Midnight compilation Cd (NCP011) recorded live at the Attic Bar in Hammtramk.

The Billy Davis Rhythm Machine is hard at work on the follow-up to their "Blue Teardrops" Cd (NCP053). The new Cd will again feature all original songs written by Billy who is a very prolific songwriter.

James Cloyd Signed!
Bassist James Cloyd has signed on with his band The Alley Catz. James Has appeared on two No Cover Compilations ("Live at Lou's" ..NCP017 and "Blues From The Heart Vol. #1...NCP018)Guitarist Christopher Leigh has also recorded with No Cover before on the "Blues at Midnight" Compilation cd (NCP011). James is well known aroud Detroit as a interesting and unpredictable frontman. We look forward to seeing what he will do on his first full-length No Cover release!

Little Jr. Cannaday Had a great time at Heatstock. Little Jr.'s CD "I Been Misused" has been released on No Cover. (NCP054) He was backed up by the Ben Moore Blues Express, who have 2 no cover CD's out now and are getting ready for the third one. Look for Jr. and The Ben Moore Blues Express at Heatstock this July.

Bonzai Bob's Blues Bash
These Youngsters are rockin' the blues in a Big way! They have vocal and guitar chops to spare, coupled with a great sounding Rhythm section. Wall of Denial (Pictured) are ready to play. Look for a full length No Cover release sometime down the road.
