TIME  Magazine—The PowerSki Jetboard and inventor Bob Montgomery were featured in the Nov. 19, 2001 issue of TIME  Magazine, the leading U.S. newsweekly magazine (4 million circulation).  The "Thanksgiving 2001" edition of TIME shows two pictures of the Jetboard in a section titled: "2001 Inventions of the Year—New products and ideas are coming at an unprecedented pace.  TIME surveys the best."

Popular Science Magazine—PowerSki International and the PowerSki Jetboard played a big part in Popular Science Magazine's extensive Fall promotional "Best of What's New 2001" media campaign, which included:
-   Feature coverage in the October 2001 issue, in a report on "Extreme Machines."
-   Selection to receive a 2001 'Best of What's New Award' in the Recreation Category.
-   Featured again in the December 2001 issue covering the 14th Annual 'Best of What's New Awards.'
-   Satellite Media Tour on Nov. 14 that included morning news show appearances in 13 U.S. cities.
