Certificate of Eligibility

Please send your request for determination of Eligibility (VA Form 26-1880), along with proof of military service (dd214 or Statement of Continuous Service) to:
VA Loan Eligibility Center PO Box 20729 Winston-Salem, NC 27120
It will take 3-4 weeks to get it back. If you have previously used your entitlement you will need evidence the loan has been paid in full.
