Learn more about Education Services

Continuing education is one of the most important benefits a Paraoptometric Section member can take part in. CE is not only important to paraoptometrics of all certification levels, but is also important to new staff or non-certified staff. Most CE is designed to keep optometric staff abreast of the latest developments in patient care, new products in industry, general knowledge of eye health and career advancement. The Section provides many opportunities to obtain CE for members and non-members alike, including:

  • Self-Study Course for Paraoptometric Certification - 3rd Edition - Revised 2008
  • Paraoptometric Education Modules
  • CPO Study Guide
