- collaborates with dispute management and change management clients of any culture and community on the basis of their values, vision, well-being and relationships;
- encourages mutual communication, respect, integrity, trust, diversity of opinion and mutual support;
- furthers practical understanding and use of values, governance, vision, alternatives, strategy, creativity, synergy and management - including their application in the moment or in crisis - to realize vision, seize opportunities and solve problems;
- provides, in a single professional practice, Mediation, Facilitation and Management Consulting - complementary specialties that share compatible values, ethics, skills and processes as well as require a practitioner who is an independent third party;
- provides for engagement design to include custom Dispute Management Services, Facilitation and Management Consulting Services or Policy, Advocacy and Communications Services separately or integrated as appropriate;
- works collaboratively with a client's internal advisors, independent advisors, other resources and other interested parties;
- works collaboratively with leaders, policymakers and senior managements in diverse settings including Aboriginal, ethnic, cultural and international;
- works collaboratively with principals of consulting professional practices to advise on practice design and management, engagement design and implementation, engagement management and issues, client relations and professional ethics - and to participate, off- or on-line, in specialized work with their clients;
- serves, ethically and professionally, clients' and their stakeholders' accountabilities, best interests and highest priorities;
- mediates for appropriate dispute resolution based on: principled negotiation, the parties' interests, durable agreements and improved relationships;
- facilitates and consults for: strategic leadership, governance, accountability, vision, strategy, change management, resilience and sustainability;
- creates opportunities for a client and their stakeholders to become, with integrity, part of each other's solution, rather than part of each other's problem - individually, organizationally, socially, economically, politically and environmentally;
- designs, manages and conducts engagements in effective, creative and economical ways jointly with clients - in the context of evolving change and change management and
- empowers parties and clients to clarify, focus and work toward their vision and strategies that benefit themselves, those they serve, partners, stakeholders and future generations.
