coordination of planning: Associate in Program Planning in a new, independent, coordinating and advisory body to state governor and legislature on postsecondary education: review and needs assessment of proposed public degree programs and their coordination with other public and private institutions. Facilitated new approaches to public-private coordination of planning, professional performance assessment, teacher training, prior learning assessment, external degrees, lifelong and distance learning, mid-life career planning, transfer of credits, licensing and professional certification. Created an annual fellowship award for innovation in clinical teaching.
program development & administration: Executive Director at a major private university managing an office supporting faculty in developing, funding and operating some 25-30 innovative and specialized faculty-created educational programs annually serving professionals from North America and abroad. Coordinated the services of some 20 university departments to deliver programs locally and internationally. Coordinator of inter-university development program with developing university.
