The Rental Co-ordinator for the Club is Gail Brown. Please contact Gail at 904-292-4338 for Club availability and rental prices. We now offer the additional convenience of paying all fees by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) including the rental fee and deposit holds.
The Club is the perfect location for your next event whether it's a wedding, party or a neighborhood meeting. A charming historic exterior and updated and well maintained interior; the kitchen features 2 full size electric ranges with a total of 9 burners and 2 large ovens, 20 cu. ft. refrigerator, plus a separate commercial size refrigerated cooler case. The main hall has real hardwood floors, historic and perfect for dancing. The hall is about 1500 square feet and will accommodate 100 to 115 people. Approximately 20 six (6) foot rectangular tables and 115 folding chairs are included with the rental. The facility is handicap accessible.
For an outdoor setting, the Billard Park Gazebo is a picturesque structure and may be rented in combination with the Club building.
The Gazebo sits at the heart of the Billard Commemorative Park adjacent to the Club and amidst a backdrop of nature, stately trees and a butterfly garden. The Billard Park is owned and operated by the Mandarin Community Club.
The Mandarin Community Club and Gazebo provide a wonderful setting for weddings (for an unsolicited testimonial, visit/click on the Miller/Barfield Wedding) and other special occasions, celebrations and meetings. Rentals are available for either half day (7 a.m. to 2 p.m. OR 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.) or for a full/whole day. Costs vary depending on the day of the week. Seasonal/holiday rates may apply.
The Club is also available for evening and lunch time rentals.
We take great pride in this historic structure, a unique setting for any event, and we expect our renters to honor the historic building with great care during their use.
