November 2011

Dear Artist Exhibitors:

We are returning to our roots…

The 44th Annual Mandarin Art Festival will return on Easter weekend April 7-8, 2012 once again as a volunteer operated event hosted by the Board of the Mandarin Community Club.

As a local not for profit, the Mandarin Community Club, host and founding organization of the Mandarin Art Festival, will manage show operations with a team of dedicated volunteers in order to control costs to exhibitors. Returning exhibitors may notice a few changes in the show structure but these changes are designed to streamline operations, lower artist fees and increase patronage.
• The $25 jury fee will be waived for artist exhibitors who participated in the 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011 Mandarin Art Festival.
• Artist exhibitors who apply before February 1, 2012 pay a reduced booth fee of only $175. (Booth fee will be $200 after February 1)

The Community Club Board and volunteers have maintained the Festival tradition through many years to become the longest continually running Festival in Northeast Florida. We are dedicated to building on that tradition along with our sponsors, advertisers and civic partners.

Please join us in making the 2012 Festival a success for artist exhibitors and the art loving patrons of our area.

Sincerely,
Susie Scott
