History of our Company
Our parent company, 1st Liberty Limited, was established in 1969. Liberty Coach began in 1991 with one goal in mind...to be "Just a touch beyond First Class!"
Policies and Procedures
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits may be refundable up to 14 days prior to event date*. A minimum of 50% charge on cancellations within 14 days of events unless vehicle is rebooked. All airport passengers must notify our dispatch if they have changes, cancellations of flights or cannot find their transportation upon arrival or "No Show" charges will apply. Company reserves the right to substitue equipment as deemed necessary with like or upgraded vehicles if available. In the unlikely event that equipment booked is not available or weather deems it unsafe to provide service that may endanger passengers or equipment and other arrangements cannot be met deposits will be refunded. No alcohol allowed if party is not 21 years or older - termination of charter may result. Gift certificates may be given in lieu of refunds at the discretion of the limo company. Full charges will apply on cancellations within 72 hours of event>>ALL VEHICLES ARE NO SMOKING A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for sickness in any of our vehicles. *some restrictions apply.
