Several things! Firstly, all our training staff, full or part-time, have both years of experience and internationally recognized ELT qualifications such as the Cambridge-RSA CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) or the higher level DELTA (Diploma) qualification, and/or an MA in TEFL/TESL/Applied Linguistics or similar. In fact, we are the only organization in Japan approved by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate to offer Cambridge-RSA Teacher Training courses on a regular basis - so for the past 15 years we have been a well-established teacher training institute, too, having trained over 300 ELT professionals.

Also, the fact that both top and middle management are experienced language trainers means that at all levels of the company we are specialists in language training and can therefore offer clients better advice, provide better course design, better training and better results.
