![]() So, where to start? Personal stuff~Well, this page is for you few select people that might be interested in knowing more about my "personal" side. Not really hiring me for a show, or just interested in who the guy is in this web site you just found. Though I probably won't get too deep, I'm sure this will give you an insight to the "non-performing" side of my life. With that said, here goes! I always get compared to many different people, but most of my friends (and people who approach me after a show) say I look a lot younger or like a younger Robin Williams (the actor/comedian and my idol)! Which is nice sometimes when I am compared to him. But, I have been getting this since High School and people still will ask me,"Did anyone ever tell you..." or "I'm sure people have old you..." and I always smile with a, "Yes, but thank you." My birthday is on December 5th. Anyway, Hopefully what you're about to read will give you a closer look at me, a more personal side. A side beyond the performing world. Both my parents passed away when I was at a very young age. But, before this happened, I was placed into a foster home when I was about four years old. My parents couldn't afford to take care of me, so, they contacted social services and found someone that could try. Social Services located a family and I was moved. It was the most painfull time in my childhood because I felt I was being ripped away from my family. I remember holding onto my mom's leg and not wanting to let go. I stayed at that foster home for a bit. I had lived in several foster homes an orphanage and a half-way house. I could go into great depth about all this but I won't because it's already apart of a much bigger project it the works. A book! Basically, I had to keep my mind off the emotional stress I had as a child who lost his parents at such a young age. So, I watched movies, TV shows, especially Red Skelton! I loved TV and movies and anything he was in. It was the great escape. Many other performers, such as Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keton, even Houdini started to gain my attention. They sucked me in and helped me escape from many of my problems from being shifted around and in foster care. The more I watched the more I wanted to be a part of that world I saw on TV. Entertainment! The arts, either performing or visual kept me positive, alive and sane. They gave me hope! Being creatine was a very good thing! I could have turned out to be a really bad apple, heavy into drinking and drugs, homeless and lost in the world. But, I was on a much more positive level then that thanks to the Performing and Visual Arts. Well, I really loved to draw and write, but after art, Magic came into play at about the age of 7 and then a few years later just after entering middle school, I got into Pantomime and I stuck with it ever since and now it's apart of who I am. I live through my performing and it's apart of me 100% heart and soul! That's the attitude that I'd like to present to kids and teenagers who were in simular situations like mine. Just because your surroundings peers, environment may be bad, that doen't mean your life has to be or that you have to take the same route. Being creative and having a creative outlet can build a positive attitude towards life...at any age. Creativity build character and a strong mind-set, and so does exercise & fitness! ![]() I like to be very fit and athletic as you can see in this photo on the left. I'm 5'8," 170 lbs, I exercise regularly. I wasn't always in the greatest shape and let myself go to become unhealthy and weak. That all changed! I recently tried a twelve week "Body of Work" Challenge. Which is a 12 week transformation challenge to get into my best possible shape with in 12 weeks. The program was developed by Bill Phillips of EAS (Experimental & Applied Sciences). If your're an outta shape performer or an average person wanting to get into shape and tried many health fads, check out his site at:www.body of work or www.bodyforlife.com. You'll be pleased. It can change your life, your body and well being and it's real, not a gimmick. If I get brave, I'll show you the before shot. Oh, and send me a note if you do, and tell Bill Phillips I sent you.
