August 26th 2001 What a day! A long one. I did two shows, one at Giant Foods in VA. and another show in
Clinton, Maryland for a health care assisted living home for elderly people and their grand kids and other family
members. Everything went well today. Okay, about my web site. I'm soooo sorry I haven't been able to get those
photos and things up as I had planned. I have been so busy. This week is a bit free, so I plan to get some things
up. Really! The dates for Down Town Inner Harbor should be up also! |

August 25th 2001 Saturday! Well, today was another day to remember a little something for. I did a show
in Washington, DC and after that I went to Wheaton, Maryland to Barry's Magic Shop to pick up some supplies. As usual, it takes me forever to leave
his place. I'm always looking for something new and different. Well, I picked up a few tapes on close-up and restaurant
magic then left. In the same block or strip of stores there was a Vietnamese . I stopped in and got a seafood dish.
Yummy! Then, since I had just finished performing a show I was still dressed for performing. Yes, I brought some
magic with me. You never know when you may need to perform. The people who worked there kept looking at me and
I had done some (a few tricks) before when I was there a while ago. So when I was done, I said,"You guys wanna
see some magic?" They nodded there heads, and I ended up performing a 20 minute show for everyone,
including the customers that were there eating. It was fun, though I screwed up one card trick (one that's self
working and supposed to work, but didn't) so I switch in mid-trick and fixed the situation. Shew! I even got a
$10 tip from one table. Though I wasn't expecting that, it was a really nice jester. I was just performing for
fun and as usual, it makes me feel good when I do. I saw that movie, MADE, which wasn't too bad. Gotta run! |

August 24th 2001 I just went and saw Summer Catch, which by the way was a pretty good movie and worth seeing.
Okay, I have to tell you that I had something happen to me earlier you wouldn't believe. Nothing bad. Its was actually
nice. Someone remembered me from high school (well at least back to when I was in high school). Anyway, I was in
the gym at Marritt and getting started to work out. I noticed this couple coming in. I went to get some water,
and as I passed them, the girl said,"Hey! Hey, I know you...you're the Mime Pizza guy aren't you? I remember
you..." I have to admit, I had to try and remember when I was a "Mime-Pizza-Guy" and where. One
of the first jobs I had in high school was working at a pizza place in Severna Park, Maryland near Severna Park
High School. It was called Pappi's and was owned by a friend I had in school. There was this glass window where
we used to make the pizza behind and the customers could watch. Well, the owner used to let me make pizza like
a Mechanical Robot. I was throwing cheese and sauce everywhere. I had a blast making a mess. Wow! I can't believe
someone would or even had remembered me for do that, because I just about forgot. Thank you Diane T. for remembering
me, and I'm glad I made that fun of an impression on you. BIG SMILES! |

August 23rd 2001 Tomorrow is the last day for the Magic Camp and next week is the last week for the Karate
Combo Magic Camp. Sorry, for not writing so much this time. I haven't been in the best of spirits lately. My knee
is driving me crazy. Yes, it still bugs me 24-7. Help! Anyway, I'm trying to make some updates ASAP. Photos, additional
pages and changes, video and calendar updates. So, please be patient and keep checking back. I hope to have all
the dates for the Inner Harbor posted this weekend. I have a very busy weekend, but I should be able to get those
dates up. |

August 16th 2001 About midnight! Hey there everyone. just got back from the gym, and had a great workout!
Well, tomorrow is Friday and I have three shows this weekend. I am definitely going to see the new movie Rat Race.

August 15th 2001 It's really late. Shew, what a busy day today was. The karate Combo Magic Camp class went well today. After that was finished I went and picked
up Cindy, then I rushed off to Burtonsville, Maryland to do a birthday party...then took off to do an hour show
a Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie, Md. Jenn ( My other assistant) the beauty pageant queen met us there. It
was a weird place to perform, especially because this glass, see through elevator was right behind us. Some things
I did as usual and some, oh man, I was like mister butter fingers. It wasn't the greatest show I had ever done.
I didn't do as well as I should have. But, there were some plusses to the show. Thank you Jenn and Cindy for your
wonderful help! Well, I may write more, but for now I need to close my eyes before I stay here all night blabbing
away. I still haven't gotten a name for the new female kitty. Help! |

August 12th 2001 Hey there! Sorry I haven't been writing very much. I have been so busy. This weekend I
had a few shows. I have Karate Combo Magic Camp coming up this week, two shows on Wed. the 15th. One at Marley
Station Mall from 7 to 8 p.m. and a B'day party earlier. Well, I am working hard on trying to catch up, but the
busier I get, the harder it is. |

August 8th 2001 Hot and Humid! Help, I'm melting. Today was the last day of the Free Movie Series at the
Annapolis Mall Crown Theaters. I'm going to miss performing for all those kids and hearing them say my name
like I'm some rockstar. it was a load of fun. Today's shows went very well even though they were rushed. Cindy
helped me out a bit. I have 4 shows coming up this weekend. Shew! Tomorrow, Friday I may go to the Merrett Athletics
picnic and perform. I have a show later in the day. What's new? Well, the little gray kitty I rescued is doing
fine. Goofy & Houdini are making it feel right at home. Karate Combo Camps start this coming week. I will be
teaching at the Chesapeake Center for the Creative Arts in Sept. The dates for the
Down Town Harbor Place will be posted soon. So, please check back. Ohhhh! I almost forgot. I got a letter from
someone the other day who was giving me their opinion on me and my web site (pretty negative and cold I thought),
and said, I was "Talented and Egotistical." So, I may post it since it was really my first negative letter
I had ever received. If you really want to see it, let me know. I won't go into what I thought of the letter because
I may end up writing all night and put you in shock!
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Put some thoughts into my message board. I don't really think
many people know it exists. I also have a Discussion
Group Page that is similar to the Message Board.
Check them out, add stuff.! Thanks! Well, gots to get my rest. See you Soon! |

August 2st 2001 Wow! What a week! Busy! Busy! Busy! First, the latest news. I have a new addition to my
little family. Another kitten! I was leaving the Mall yesterday after finishing my show in the morning, and some
guy was walking by with a very small and tiny gray kitten. I thought "cute" and then he said to someone,
"Anyone want a kitten? ...I found him roaming the upstairs parking lot..." Well, need I say anything
else? I said, "Okay, I can help him out..." Thinking it would be easy. I stopped by several veterinary
shops, Old Towne, and a pet store, A-Pet, in Annapolis. But, guess what? They did not want to help
me at all. I asked if I could store the kittie there until I came back, because I was on my way to do 3 workshops.
They didn't want to give me food or water. The kitten probably hadn't eaten in a day or so. Then, the pet store
made a big deal out of loaning me a bowl and food. I couldn't believe it! Well, "It" has a home now and
is being loved by, Goofy and Houdini and myself...and a few friends that stop by my place. I will have photos up
soon. One or two for now so you can see him. I was in the Bronx for a day on Sunday. Yes, drove there from Maryland.
I performed a reunion show for some very good friends. Next week will be the last week for the Movie Series at
the Annapolis Mall Crown Theatres. I will also have photos of Cindy, one of my new Assistants. So, check back with
in the next few days...or even today! |
