When I started working at this company, my boss made an effort to entertain my daugther on her first visit. As a former street performer, he did all the usual to entertain a two year old -- juggling, balloon dog, disappearing this or that. It was fun watching her wide eyes. My daughter kept chewing on the balloon dog's nose. With a slow leak by the end of the day it had no nose and quickly disintegrated. She was heartbroken, but the look of joy returned as I suggested that she ask Mr. Robert for another dog on her next visit. [just one fond memory] |
