Try to be as detailed as possible in all the fields, especially with the directions. FOR CORPORATE,SCHOOLS, AND Larger EVENTS PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM! Please remember unless we've spoken proir to you sending this form, that this Booking Form does not constitute a booking-unless we've already spoken about the show, and agreed (through e-mail or phone) on a price, date, time, place etc and you have sent a deposit or payment in full.
